Metallurgist and Miner’s Day is a special occasion for everyone at UKRGRAFIT. This year, it provided another opportunity to express our sincere appreciation to the people whose professionalism, dedication, and commitment enable our company to continue operating, growing, and moving forward with confidence, even in these challenging times for Ukraine.

The celebration began with a moment of silence in memory of our colleagues who lost their lives as a result of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine. We will always remember their contribution to our company and honour their memory.

This year, the achievements of the UKRGRAFIT team were recognised with Certificates of Appreciation and Honorary Awards presented by the Regional State Administration, the Regional Council, the City Council and the Regional Federation of Employers.

A particularly proud moment for our team was the recognition of Denys Yeromenko, an operator responsible for loading and unloading baking and graphitisation furnaces in the Baking Mill. He was awarded the Medal “For Personal Contribution to the Development of the City ” by the Executive Committee of the City Council.

During the celebration, we also recognised the winners of our annual professional excellence awards in the categories of Best Skilled Worker, Best Manager, and Best Specialist. Special appreciation was extended to colleagues who have dedicated more than 35 years of service to the company. In recognition of their long-standing commitment and outstanding contribution, they received different awards and bonuses.

Every professional celebration reminds us that the greatest strength of UKRGRAFIT is its people. Their expertise, responsibility, and teamwork enable the company to overcome challenges, continue developing, and look to the future with confidence.
